How is support priced?

Per host, per year. Count the physical hosts running SimpleVM and pick a plan. The software license stays free no matter how many VMs or cores you run.

Do I need a subscription to use SimpleVM?

No. SimpleVM is free for commercial use, forever. Support is optional and adds response-time targets, direct engineer access, and SimpleVM Backup.

What does SimpleVM Backup require?

Any active support subscription. It is an optional feature you enable per host — or skip in favor of your own backup tool, such as Acronis.

Can I mix plans across hosts?

Talk to us. Most fleets standardize on one tier, but we can structure coverage to match how critical each host is.

What are the response targets?

Standard targets 24 hours by email on business days. Priority and Critical add faster targets and live channels; the Custom plan defines SLAs to fit your environment.

How do I buy?
